At 29 Merchandise, we want you to be delighted every time that you shop with us. Although we are aware that on occasion you may need to return items to us, so below is a summary of our returns policy: -
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means that if your purchase arrives tarnished, cracked or dysfunctional, you can return it to us in its original packaging within 7 days and we will issue a replacement immediately. Before sending the product back to us it is imperative that you notify us by e-mail or phone immediately, in order initiate the returns process. This offer does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping
For U.K customers’ orders will arrive within 14 days from the time the order is submitted. (This may be extended if there are delays in the confirmation of credit card details or in the instance that we incur unforeseen delays at the manufacturing stage)
For customers in Europe orders will arrive within 28 days from the time the order is submitted. (This may be extended if there are delays in the confirmation of credit card details or in the instance that we incur unforeseen delays at the manufacturing stage) European orders will also be subject to international taxes.
